THE FOUNDER
A studio built on the belief that beauty is not a luxury — it is a necessity.
Isabelle Voss founded IInterior Design in 2009 after a decade working across Paris, Tokyo, and New York. She had seen how the world's most celebrated spaces shared a single quality: they felt inevitable. Not decorated, but discovered.
That insight became the founding principle of IInterior Design — that every space contains its own ideal form, and our role is to reveal it. Not to impose a style, but to listen deeply to the architecture, the light, and above all, the people who will live within it.
Today, with studios in London, Milan, and New York, and a team of over 60 specialists, that principle remains unchanged. Every project is a collaboration. Every space, a story.
OUR JOURNEY
Fifteen years in the making
The Beginning
Founded in a small Mayfair studio by Isabelle Voss, IInterior Design opened its doors with a single belief: that extraordinary spaces transform the people who inhabit them.
First International Project
Our first commission outside the UK — a penthouse in Milan — marked the beginning of our global reach and cemented our reputation for cinematic, emotionally resonant interiors.
The New York Studio
We opened our Park Avenue studio, bringing our European sensibility to the American luxury market and expanding our team to 24 designers across three continents.
The IInterior Collection
Launched our first curated furniture and object collection, collaborating with 12 independent artisans from Italy, Japan, and Scandinavia to create pieces exclusive to our clients.
Community Platform
Built a global community of over 1,200 designers, collectors, and clients — a living network that shares knowledge, inspiration, and access to the world's finest design resources.
Today
With studios in London, Milan, and New York, a team of 60+ specialists, and projects across 28 countries, we continue to redefine what luxury interior design means in the modern world.
THE STUDIO
Where ideas become spaces.
Our studios are working ateliers — places where materials are handled, light is studied, and ideas are tested against reality. We believe the best design happens when thinking and making are inseparable.
Each studio houses a curated library of materials, finishes, and objects — a physical archive of possibility that our designers draw from daily. Clients are always welcome to visit, to touch, to imagine.

FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Trained at the École Camondo in Paris, Isabelle brings 20 years of experience crafting spaces that balance architectural rigour with emotional warmth.
Marcus Chen
HEAD OF ARCHITECTURE
A graduate of the Architectural Association, Marcus leads our structural and spatial design practice, with a particular focus on adaptive reuse and heritage properties.
Sofia Reyes
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, COLLECTIONS
Sofia curates our exclusive furniture and object collections, travelling the world to source pieces that carry genuine provenance and artisanal integrity.
